CANCELLING A RIDE ENTRY

 

To cancel a ride entry before the advertised cut-off date, please login and go to 'my account'.

 

On the right hand menu select 'my rides'. Any ride which is available for cancellation will have a 'cancel' button next to it. Click on this button and you will be able to cancel your entry and recieve a full credit on your Sport Endurance account to enable you to book another ride of the same value.

Having done this, if you would like to have a REFUND instead of the credit, then you will need to fill in an online refund form. NB this form will only be actioned if you have already cancelled your entry.

 

The refund form can be found in the Cancellation policy at the bottom of every ride listing. All the information you need is on your booking confirmation or in your account.

 

To cancel a camping entry please complete the camping cancellation form which can also be found in the Cancellation policy.

 

No cancellations are allowed on purchase of social event tickets.
